convenios para la ejecuci\u00f3n de importantes obras de infraestructura vial y acceso al agua potable.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">A trav\u00e9s de esta planificaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, la Municipalidad de Jutiapa iniciar\u00e1 pr\u00f3ximamente los siguientes poblaci\u00f3n que estos proyectos nacen de la priorizaci\u00f3n de los COCODE y se financian con los impuestos de los mismos ciudadanos asignados por ley a nuestro municipio, siendo la Municipalidad de Jutiapa la instituci\u00f3n responsable de su formulaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, avales y ejecuci\u00f3n final. Los recursos p\u00fablicos no se transforman en obras por s\u00ed solos; requieren que la comuna invierta fondos municipales en planificar junto a los l\u00edderes comunitarios y aportar la contrapartida financiera obligatoria.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Sin esta coordinaci\u00f3n entre los COCODE y la gesti\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de tu municipalidad, el retorno de tus impuestos en obras no ser\u00eda una realidad.
